Bay Area Program Officer

Magic Cabinet is looking for a Program Officer to guide local nonprofits through a collaborative grantmaking process. The Program Officer works with established Cohorts (composed of nonprofit partners), Foundation staff, and appropriate consulting professionals to support the Cohort’s needs and its associated capacity-building grants.

Seattle Area Program Officer

Magic Cabinet is looking for a Program Officer to guide local nonprofits through a collaborative grantmaking process. The Program Officer works with established Cohorts (composed of nonprofit partners), Foundation staff, and appropriate consulting professionals to support the Cohort’s needs and its associated capacity-building grants.

Magic Cabinet provides all full-time employees with:

  • Medical insurance covered at 100% for you, 90% for your dependents

    • *Currently, the Seattle based team works from home four days a week, and in the foundation’s Pioneer Square office one day a week. The San Francisco Bay based team is currently working from home exclusively and anticipates re-establishing a central office in the near future. When a Bay Area office is re-established, it is anticipated that team-members will be expected to work in office one day a week.
