Over the past 20 years, Molly has worked in philanthropy because she firmly believes in the promise of our shared humanity and ability to realize a better existence for everyone. Throughout her career she has had the privilege of working directly with visionary leaders, philanthropists, public entities, community stakeholders, and corporations on ambitious endeavors that transformed lives and places.

Prior to joining the team, Molly most immediately served as the Director of Philanthropic Advising at Seattle Foundation and, throughout her career, has successfully led numerous large-scale fundraising/capital campaigns. She is excited to work with Magic Cabinet partners to ensure community investments are meaningful, informed, and impactful.

Molly lives in Seattle with her husband and two young sons. On the weekend, you might find her camping in the woods, swimming in the lake, or running through the forest (or doing all three).
