As Director of Research & Evaluation at Magic Cabinet, Lorelei guides the foundation’s learning strategies to improve its programs and inform changes in philanthropy and beyond. Lorelei’s research path started in data entry, then grew to data collection, research, design, and strategy. She loves synthesizing and sharing data to create a holistic picture and catalyze creativity in service of making life better.

Lorelei holds bachelors degrees in Mandarin and Korean, and a master’s of science in Human-Centered Design & Engineering.

Outside of work, she is probably knitting something, pining for the next karaoke date, and/or getting excited about pollinators!
